Delete your account and data

If you created an account in the PiuraTransporta app and want us to delete it along with your data, you can ask by writing to piuratransporta@gmail.com. You do not need to give a reason.

How to ask

1. Write to piuratransporta@gmail.com with the subject Delete my account, from the same email you use to sign in to the app. That is how we check the account is yours. If you sign in with Google, it is the email of your Google account.
2. We reply to confirm your request. If you write from a different email, we will ask you to prove the account is yours before deleting it.
3. We delete your account and the data linked to it within 30 days of your request, and let you know when it is done.

What is deleted

• Your account: your email and, if you signed in with Google, your name.
• Your saved addresses (home, work) and your favourite routes.
• Your search and trip history linked to your account.
• Your nickname, your avatar and the reviews or reports you sent with your account.

What is kept

• Aggregated, anonymous usage statistics, which cannot identify you and are not linked to your account.
• Security logs with your IP address are deleted automatically after 30 days, with or without a request.

If you only want to delete part of it

You can also ask us to delete only some data without closing your account, or to correct inaccurate data. Write to piuratransporta@gmail.com and tell us which.
