Clear rules
How we work with you
These are the full terms of the advertising plans, written plainly and up front so you know exactly where you stand.
Last updated: September 2026
1.If we ever change how we charge
PiuraTransporta may in future change how its advertising plans are charged (for example, from a time-based rate to charging per impression or per click). Any change will be communicated to active advertisers 90 days in advance and will not affect current contracts, which will be honoured until they expire under the terms agreed at signing.
2.How far we go, and where you take over
Our job is to put you in front of the right person at the right moment: whoever is heading to your area sees you exactly as they decide their route. From your door inwards it is your own — your service, your price, your product — and that credit is entirely yours.
And if at any point you feel it is not paying off, you are not left alone: we hand you the full report with the real numbers and we change your ad and your route at no cost for the time you have left, until we find the angle that works. We work with changes, not refunds, and that is written in the contract from the moment you sign it.
3.How you pay
50% up front and 50% when we hand you the final report. We accept Yape, Plin, bank transfer and cash.
The second payment has 3 days from the moment you receive the report. If it runs over, we pause the ad until we are square again; picking it up later is paid in advance.
No minimum term and no exclusivity: you carry on for as long as it suits you, and your route stays open to other businesses too.
4.How renewal works
Nothing renews by itself and nothing is charged automatically. Before your period ends we write to see whether you want to carry on and at what price. You decide, and nobody charges you out of inertia.
5.How a route is assigned to you
We take your address and look for which routes pass within 300 metres or less. If three qualify, you appear on all three at no extra cost.
You can also buy a distant route if that area interests you: your card goes there. We keep the pin for places within 300 m or less, so that whoever sees it on the map really does have you within reach.
6.What is coming, included
The map pin, coupons with a unique code, the full-screen ad and the open/closed indicator are on their way, and appear marked as coming in the plans. If you sign up now, each one switches on for you the moment it ships at no extra cost, for as long as your period lasts.
7.If something fails, we give the days back
The app and the website rest on third-party services and, like everything that lives on the internet, they can have an outage. If one keeps your ad off the air for more than a full day, those days are added at the end of your period: you get the time back, which is exactly what you bought.
8.Your ad, your word
The message is yours, and so it should be: nobody knows your business better than you. By signing up you confirm two things — that the logo, photos and text you send us are yours or you have permission to use them, and that what you offer you can deliver.
In Peru, advertising is regulated by INDECOPI (Legislative Decree No. 1044). In practice it comes down to one simple idea: the price, discount or promotion you publish is honoured at your premises exactly as written. If anything is ever queried about the content you gave us, your business answers for it — which is why we go over it together before publishing.
9.The company your ad keeps
We look after what your business appears next to. These categories do not get in, however much they pay:
- Politics and candidates
- Alcohol
- Tobacco and vapes
- Informal lending
- Betting and casinos
- Adult content
- Miracle products
- Rival route apps
10.We look after what goes on air
We review every ad before publishing it. It stays out, or comes off air if already published, in three cases: if it falls into one of the categories that do not get in, if what it promises cannot be stood behind, or if an authority asks us to.
In those three cases the payment stands. If an ad comes off air through a mistake of ours, those days are added back at the end of your period.
11.Every ad looks like an ad
Every card is labelled as advertising, in plain sight. People trust the app because we tell them the truth about which bus to take, and it is precisely that trust which makes your ad worth something: whoever sees it arrives already believing what they read.
12.You decide what your ad says
We review every ad before publishing it, but the message is yours and we do not touch it unless you ask. If the report shows an angle that could do better, we tell you and you decide.
13.Who owns the artwork we design
If you pay the S/ 60 for the design, the finished artwork is yours and you can use it wherever you like — on your storefront, on your social media, anywhere. We keep only the permission to show it inside PiuraTransporta and to show it as an example to other businesses who ask. If you would rather we did not use it as an example, tell us and we will not.
14.Where the numbers come from
The search figures come from our own analytics, without cookies and without identifying anyone. We count route searches and unique browsers, not people: someone who visits from a phone and from a computer counts twice. The published data corresponds to August 2026.
15.Your numbers, with privacy intact
Your report carries the numbers you need: how many times your ad was shown, how many people tapped it and how many searches your route had. All aggregated, with no personal data about whoever saw it — the same promise we make to passengers in our privacy policy. That restraint is why people open the app with confidence, and it is what makes being there worth something.
16.Your business data
We store your business name, address, contact and billing details, solely to publish your ad, charge you and send you the report. They stay with us and with nobody else. Under Peru's Personal Data Protection Act No. 29733 you can ask us to access, correct or delete them by writing to the address below.
17.If something needs clearing up
These terms are governed by the laws of Peru, and anything that has to be settled formally is settled in Piura. But the first step is always to write to us: almost everything gets sorted out by talking.
Any questions before signing?
Ask us anything. Better to sort it out now.
